All orders will be sent via complimentary express shipping to speed up delivery for Christmas

Your package will be dispatched from "Roarcraft Atelier" in Brisbane, Queensland. We use Australia Post. All shipments will have a tracking number. 

How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping is free for orders to all of Australia and New Zealand

Processing time
  • The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies; most orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. 
Estimated shipping times
  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-9 business days
Customs and import taxes
  • There will be no Customs and import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sure you'll be happy with your purchase but if you have any problems, please email: info@roarcraft.com.au

  • If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, we'll gladly issue a replacement or refund provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in original condition.
  • For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days.
  • Postage charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund or requested exchange due.
  • If you've requested any personalisation or customisations WE WILL NOT be able to accept a return or a refund as it is cannot be resold.
